Take a deep breath in. Allow yourself to be here now as you find a comfortable position.
Straighten your spine. Relax your shoulders. Close your eyes or if you keep them open, find an anchoring point within your space to focus on.
As you take a few more deep breaths, allow yourself to become aware to notice the feeling of breath moving through. Notice it. Allow. Allow your breath and your awareness to bring all the areas of your body at ease. Notice your feet firmly planted with earth and know you are supported, you are grounded.
Bring awareness into the center of your abdomen. Breathe in. Noticing the gentle expansion with your in breath and contraction with your out breath. Breathing in Balance and flow. Releasing out anything that does not serve you. Breath is healing. Breath is calming. Let it calm every cell of your body as you breath in with appreciation and gratitude from the soles of your feet, to the tips of your fingers, through the crown of your head.
Thoughts, Feelings, Sensations, Circumstances come and go. Your presence is always here. At peace. Peace begins within. Peace begins within.

116. Creating time for the Sacred
The quality of our life is in the quality of the moments.
This season of Advent helps us prepare for Christmas, the birth of Jesus and the rebirth of that light and love awakened in us.
Creating time to awaken and strengthen your spirit helps you bring forth the divine attributes that are within you strengthening you. These attributes are Faith, Hope, Peace, Love, and Joy. Within all of us, we just have to tap in and step forth.
Being in the sacred, the stillness, whatever it is for you that helps you feel full and whole, make time for it. So you can be your whole, loving self as you were created.
If you bring everything into everything we enjoy nothing. Be responsible for the energy you bring.
What is Sacred for you?
Sacred can be a treasure, a warmth, a mystery, a light, and a profound refuge, and awareness to the presence of spirit.
Sacred is a special word.
What in your life is sacred?
What is sacred that I have lost sight of?
It's up to you to raise your consciousness and be your best so you bring forth the dreams you have in your heart.

115. Manifesting Strength for your day or your next big thing
We are all here for our soul's growth, unfoldment and expansion. We're all on different journeys but one thing is true for all of us. We are meant to be growing. That is what life is. We see this growth in nature. Life is every changing, evolving, and growing.
Listen in to this meditation to grow your strength and shift your perspective from fear to excitement. These two strong and powerful feelings actually share the same physiological reaction: the adrenaline that courses through the body when a person is scared is the same as when they are excited. The difference is not how the body reacts, but how the mind interprets the experience.

It's natural for us as humans to do what is easy instead of what is right and good. But that is no way to live... if we want to feel better when we rest our heads at night, we have to do the work.
