Dopo 2 anni, casualmente, ho trovato una bonus track tra le registrazioni fatte durante il primo lockdown.

Meditazioni registrate durante il primo LOCKDOWN italiano dal 10 marzo, per 45 giorni consecutivi, una meditazione al giorno.
Una narrazione emotiva, intensa e partecipata.
In questi giorni difficili abbiamo deciso di condividere un’esperienza di (ri)unione, seppur rimanendo in casa: ogni giorno registriamo una meditazione guidata di circa mezzora e la offriamo da scaricare, accessibile a tutti.
Le tracce audio a supporto delle nostre meditazioni sono differenti di sera in sera, alcune si rifanno ai suoni della natura, altre appartengono al filone della neuroacustica occidentale ed altre ancora alla cultura orientale.

L'esperienza della meditazione, esperita in maniera semplice, come lo è respirare e giocare per i bambini.
Si parte dall'ascolto del respiro per arrivare a sentire la corrispondenza di emozioni e sensazioni nel corpo.
La prima parte è di sola voce che guida, mentre gli ultimi minuti sono accompagnati dalla bellissima interpretazione corale di Benedictus di Karl Jenkins.

La luna mi illumina è una traccia di circa 30 minuti, nella prima parte viene fusa la voce narrante con una traccia musicale morbida. Lo spunto gira intorno al piacere di scoprire nuovi momenti per meditare ed alla contemporanea riscoperta dell'astro lucente che di notte ci illumina.
