Very informative book.
the unique part of this book is the compilations of the step by step guide and proven recipes for smart eating and weight loss. They are so interesting, healthy, delicious, practical and well-illustrated. This book is really a great resource for those who want to achieve their goal of weight loss journey.
Healthy meals.
I personally like how the book gave simple and easy to prepare Mediterranean meals. It is good and I find the recipes delicious and very healthy. It has good discussions on how to loss weight in a proper way and have a healthier lifestyle.

This book presents this diet as more of a life-style change than a diet.The book is easy to follow, full of useful information and totally healthy.
Mediterranean Diet and Lifestyle
I just did my SmartDNA profile and trained as a practitioner to help others find the right wellness plans based on their DNA. Mine came back that I need a gluten free Mediterranean diet with a glass of red wine per day. Knowing what my body needed and finding good info on Mediterranean dies has not been easy. This book contains great info and recipes I can easily follow and tweak to make them gluten free. I have also been writing CEU courses for my colleagues on a variety of wellness issues Lyme disease etc. I would love contact info John Carter as I feel I could use the info he provided to write a CEU course based on the book.
