Looks like the cookbook/lifestyle book I am looking for.
We wanted to change our diet as we both have had heart attacks.
Mine just this year. I have this book for referencing items to buy.
It seems very easy to do.
It is okay.
This book provided a basic overview of the Mediterranean Diet and have a glancing brush of the health benefits. However, this book did not outline portions for each element and did not give information on how to balance a plate according to this diet. This book is good for those who want the most basic information and sample recipes. You could find all the same stuff on the internet for free though.
