This book has over 70 pages, and is very well written, photographed and has excellent recipes. I particularly like the format. Adidas has written an introduction where he discusses the history with food and his food philosophies. He also has a quote from Eric Thomas the motivational life coach. Along with his stories he brings us recipes. Each recipe has prep time, cook time, serving size, smart points, and calories. As you can see, the table of contents are displayed below the book information on Amazon.Â
Intellectual Foodie
This is definitely a cookbook that speaks to the intellect and adventurous. Adidas provided some history incorporating the who, what ,when ,where, why, and how of cooking. Think I may have found the best Mexican rice recipe.
I immensely enjoyed the great
This book was so well written. I immensely enjoyed the great, in-depth history given-and informative introduction to the healthy simple recipes. Very easy to follow. Im very glad it was made. Its a definite plus also for those trying to eat healthy and not sacrifice the taste. But all will enjoy it and find its a one of a kind cookbook.

This is a great cookbook.. I have Heath issues and I found some health recipes that go alone with my diet plan..easy steps to follow..
