poor infomercial with little info
The narrator it's hard to listen to for very long. much of the information is incorrect, and it's just a general overview of why you should eat a Mediterranean diet little if any useful information.
eat healthy
I already eat a lot of these foods but the guidance has been great to have. I love planning and cooking so this book is perfect for me. I hope to post again in four weeks.
easy to follow
This cookbook has easy, delicious recipes that make everyone smile at mealtime! This is a keeper! Go for it...it's well worth the small fee!!!
Inspiring book
The Mediterranean Diet is a very useful guide for those looking to explore the world of Mediterranean cuisine. This book makes it very clear that one will probably not lose weight by just sticking to this diet, but will also take some regular exercise. This book does however, map out an easy to read and easy to follow four-week plan to help you stick to your diet goals.
good to listen
I recommend this book because There are recipes that I can't wait to try such as the spiced sweet potato pancakes and the chocolate covered figs! I'd definitely suggest this book to anyone who wants to lose weight and enjoy the process of doing it.
