Today I’m exploring spiritual discernment, energetic boundaries, trance channeling, and what it can feel like when unfamiliar spiritual experiences begin happening during periods of spiritual expansion and intuitive growth. After intentionally opening myself to deeper spiritual connection, I began experiencing strong energetic sensations that felt surprising, intense, and at times unsettling. Instead of moving immediately into fear, I chose to slow down, check in, and explore the experiences through grounding, discernment, boundaries, and communication with my spiritual support system.
