Sugar Ray is world renowned for huge hits like "Fly" and "Every Morning" but before the big success was a record only tha chosen few know and love their debut record that preceded it all: LEMONADE AND BROWNIES.

Produced by DJ Lethal (now of Limp Bizkit, then of House of Pain), this record is a raw angst and energy that would later give way to incredible songwriting and huge choruses.

Guitarist Rodney Sheppard goes through the origin of the band, making this record, touring with the likes of Snot, Incubus, 311, the Urge, Everlast, 2 Skinnee J's, and even Meepster SHELTER as well as their contribution to the Loud Rocks compilation and of course the success that followed them with later collections.

With primary songwriter and Meepster Frank "3-Gun" Novenic joining Terror full time (and eventually Hatebreed), his time he could dedicate to Ringworm was thin and that led guitarist Matt Sorg to step up and take the reins, which he has white knuckled ever since and led Ringworm to previously unthrashed territories but it all starts here.

Vocalist Human Furnace and Matt talk about this transitional album, recruiting CJ Klemonski from Death Threat to help finish the job, making their first music video, Jacob Bannon's stunning album artwork, Ben Schigel from Sw1tched recording this effort, and so much more! But isn't that enough?

Almost works. It's the 20th anniversary of Chimaira's self-titled 2005 album and we got half the band to tell us all about it.

Ohio's finest were coming off the strength of their 2003 breakout "The Impossibility of Reason" and would lean into a much more metal sound with longer songs, bigger solos, and more technical riffage.

This would also be their last effort on Roadrunner and their only record with drummer Kevin Talley. How did it all come together? How did it all fall apart? What was on Kevin's video camera?
