Anna Winget grew up loving Jesus and being committed to their faith. They felt loved by their family, and loved by God. Then, Anna started having thoughts, and feelings that were not approved by their Mormon upbringing. They always felt different, living in a single parent home, devoted to reading their Book of Mormon at recess, and even at the young age of 5, having an aha moment when they saw Bette Midler and Beaches for the first time! This conversation covers so many special moments, my favorite, when Anna said, ”hatred and the noise are the lies.”
