STOCKS TO WATCH: $TSLA $ROKU $GE $CHGG $WAL

Tesla (TSLA) - The company will report quarterly results Wednesday after market close. Investors can tune into Tesla's Q1 earnings Q&A webcast at 5:30 p.m. EDT. Tesla has asked investors to submit questions for the earnings Q&A segment via a service called Say; while asking of new questions is now closed to the public, investors can upvote questions that have already been asked to create priority.

 

Roku (ROKU) - Shares were down about 1% following mixed quarterly results out of peer in the streaming space, Netflix (NFLX). Roku will report quarterly results next Wednesday after market close.

 

General Electric (GE) - Will publish quarterly earnings Tuesday morning. Analysts currently expect GE to report earnings of $0.14 per share on sales of about $13.4 billion.

 

Chegg (CHGG) - A play on the US education space -- now with AI exposure!. On Tuesday, Chegg announced the release of its new generative AI companion tool, CheggMate, powered by OpenAI's GPT-4.

 

Western Alliance Bancorporation (WAL) - A regional bank which posted strong quarterly results Tuesday afternoon. The stock was up more than 20% Wednesday morning.
