President of City Council Carrie Hartman joins Mayor Wade to discuss how her curiosity and desire to solve problems led her to her role as a Toledo City Council member.

President Hartman believes in the opportunity that Toledo has for everyone ,and hopes to use her role in public service to inspire more people to call Toledo home.
