Dale Lykins ministered in the United Methodist Church as a Pastor for 30 years. He had always lived his life with something he referred to as, ”my struggle.” That struggle would be something that Dale prayed about, told his Fiancé about, and went into counseling for throughout his lifetime. He openly denied that he was gay to anyone who asked, because, ”I never had a thought that I was gay.” Then, watching a movie on television with his wife about a young boy’s struggle to come out as Gay, Dale began to identify deeply with his story. When the show was over, Dale was in tears. His amazing wife, didn’t ask, she said, ”You really are gay.... aren’t you.” That was the beginning ..... and today....
