In this episode i chat with Emily, who as it turns out lives in the very same town as me.

Emily got her official MS diagnosis in August this year so is very early in her journey.

We could have chatted for hours, Emily is open, honest and vulnerable....she has been through alot so far and her attitude is both amazing and inspiring.

She talks about how she went from the depths of despair to deciding to fight back and not only live, but live WELL!
