The team at Alice has been growing recently and one of the new people to join is Kelly.

She's the new Administration Apprentice, although she's not a total newbie to the charity because she volunteered with them a few years ago before having her little boy.

Kelly joins Deb and Helen to talk about what she's doing and how being part of the team is already changing her life.
