A short 5 minute pause meditation followed by a longer (30 minute) inner journey. We explore the relationship between the body sensations, emotional mind states, and the reality we live in. We are both Scorpio suns and so are able to drop quickly into deep subjects. And, we both have an interest in individual spiritual practice as a vessel for societal and cultural change. We talk about what home is for people whose ancestors left their indigenous home. We may have come to the conclusion that home is where our ferments are? Are we the automatons of Hobbes worldview, separate beings competing for finite resources? Or, are we infinite, powerful, creative, beings in a shared, connected field or dream. What happens when we create an external "other" and fixate on it as being evil? On the other hand, are we colluding with the shadow when we don't act and stay silent?
