Vikki Brown is the founder of V.A. Brown Consulting with 30 years of experience crossing different paths in our busy world. As a retired Naval Officer she understands the nuances of federal government management (and hence, the red tape). As a retired public servant, she has held front-line, supervisory, and managerial positions. She not only understands how cities work, she understands them from the bottom up.  Vikki's non-government experience includes retail, service, and manufacturing industries as well as Higher Education.

Vikki's coming out/faith journey is unique to her family experiences and her own tenacity. In management and in her own personal life, Vikki lives by three rules: Know yourself, Know your people, Create a healthy relationship.

Vikki's viewpoints on religion and spirituality are spot on. She emphasizes community, belonging, and just being a good citizen.
