Pierina Ana Sánchez represents the north Bronx neighborhoods of Kingsbridge, Fordham, University Heights, Mount Eden and Mount Hope. Sánchez, who was just appointed as chair of the Council’s powerful housing and buildings committee, talks about her plans on affordable housing, NYCHA, and gentrification.
