EP 122 goes off a little rant I posted the other day. Have the fortitude to pursue something even when others tell you you are crazy.

This is a one of a kind type release. I needed to rant, so here it goes.... If you are leaving our gym... let's chat, don't just run after getting the help we give.. we are asking this one thing from you besides your effort of course.
