After all this time we finally found a decent video game movie, and boy do we let you know it! From "4AM Fighting in the Dark," to having our offspring punch us right in the jackpot, the 1995 Mortal Kombat movie has influenced our gamer lives more than we realized until this episode. Paul W.S. Anderson, you sure did start out on top. And maybe we'll let those other video game movies slide... right after Goro off that cliff!

We had so much to say about the Sonic movie this week that it took 5 of us to do it! Diego, David, Chris, Sketchcraft and Scotty all have plenty to say about that cinematic blue blur and a little of it may surprise you! No one is talking about anything else anyway, right?

Let's face it. If there's anything we have learned from the Side Show it is that the only good movies existed in the 80's and the 90's. Nothing happened after that in Hollywood. You can trust us and our expert retrospectives. Oh, by the way we watched War Games. Remember The Breakfast Club and Ferris Bueller's Day Off? Well this is the prequel! Buckle up and duck and cover!

It seems we always have a LOT to say about GameStop, as we learn this episode. Us old guys love shopping in the mall, I think? What is a mall anymore? Oh, we also have plenty to say in terms of turning certain games into MMO's with Phantasy Star Online 2 just around the corner. Somehow Michelle Rodriguez keeps creeping up too. And Sonic should probably be in the next Fast & Fur-ious movie. We did this to ourselves, didn't we?

Some of you may heard about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Some of you may have even seen their movies. Sketch, Chris, and Scotty sure did! Jokes aside, man-oh-man do we have a lot to say about this movie, and rightfully so because the Turtles have been a large part of the MV Boyz' lives. Plot-holes, heroes, flat jokes, and wet willies. This movie is everything that someone wanted, but we're still trying to figure out who that is. Help us please!

Outro: Baltimora - Tarzan Boy

Documentaries are the talk of the town this time around between horror, video games, toys, and more! This week Chris, David, Marcin, Sketchcraft and Scotty discuss the upcoming generation of consoles, the upcoming Console Wars documentary, Streets of Rage, and our rad red buddy, Knuckles in Sonic 2. There are a few tangents as always as we learn just how much Sketchcraft loves the Intellivision.
