Episode 5; I'm back, back, back, back again!
It's been a while, hasn't it? I was reminiscing on my podcast and suddenly got the urge to create a brand new logo and whip up a little episode to reintroduce me back to this ol' podcasting thing....
Enjoy!

Episode 4; Being a step-parent to a child in a different country
When myself and Josh got together, I knew that he had a daughter that lived in Spain. As I'd never really been around children before and didn't picture myself having any at the time, it was an interesting journey to say the least!

Episode 3; Being gay in the football industry with my little brother
My brother told us he was gay over 5 years ago now, and as someone who works in both the football and pub industry, I thought he'd be great to chat to. With those industries stereotypically being 'lad' culture, I wondered how it affected him. From his 'coming out' story, to educating himself, delve into our chat about Joe's experience.

Episode 2; Fitness chats with my other half
Fitness has been something that's been a huge part of my life for the last few years and played a part in my mental health recovery. Today, I grabbed my partner who's a fitness coach to talk about how to get into fitness and start a new routine. We chat about where to start, the perception of women in the gym and finding your 'thing'.
Enjoy!
TW; Discussion of mental health.
Episode 1; Let's talk about mental health.
Mental health is something that I've discussed for the past few years over on my blog. But, now it's time to lay all of my cards on the table and let you hear the story so far, from A to Z. In this episode I talk about growing up and my desire to be liked by everyone, a relationship breakdown that brought on a lot of guilt and how the pandemic affected me.
What's your mental health story?
The Megan Talks... podcast is brought to your ears by me, Megan, a twenty-something-year-old Northern woman who's just trying to figure life out.
This podcast will cover a range of topics, from mental health and friendships, to fitness and periods. You can expect guests, the odd word fumble and potentially some giggles.
