Happy Thanksgiving!
Listen today about my morning and evening gratefulness practices and how giving thanks is the key to all abundance. Thankfulness precedes all miracles!
Chinese Medicine describes 9 different heart pains or themes of suffering. Today I'm discussing the global pain many of us are feeling as we're witnessing acts of war on innocent people.
Hear about:
Evolution of Newtonian to Quantum Physics
The Heart and Pericardium organs & energetics
How we're truly, physically all connected from the big bang
Using acupuncture points to heal our pain and sending that to others
PC 6 and magnolia oil for global pain
The power of forgiveness
How to invoke our own Sovereign in our curriculum
Learn about the Wood element and the personality type.
Wood governs Spring, a time of massive growth and expansion. What was once a small, powerless seed suddenly bursts through the Earth with vigor and strength and excitement to be alive. Yin gives birth to yang and brings the energy of renewal and hope.
Wood people are full of energy. Like the seed that has the goal of becoming a tree, Wood people are always making goals for themselves and seeing that they're implemented all the way through. They're driven, perfectionistic, powerful, and benevolent. Wood people run the world. They like the road not paved. They're leaders and pioneers, discovering and inventing.

These include the use of:
Stones like chalcedony and larimar
Double helix water
Bladder 60

Happy Winter Solstice! This is the perfect time to release my interview with our local Queen of rituals, Sunshine Kate.
In this episode:
Sunshine Kate's offerings really represent the Water element
Kate's journey to finding embodiment medicine
Kate's first period and a tie dye shirt!
The lower burner/first and second chakras/Water element organs and their connection to the Vagus nerve
Sacred sexuality
Taboo of discussing sex (and bowels!)
Learn all about Water:
The Water element houses the jing, the constitutional essence of a human being
At birth, the first breath causes the combustion of jing. The jing travels up the spine and creates portals to our elements and creates our elemental type
The Water archetype is the philosopher or the sage
Water as the womb, life gestating in the dark, fluid-filled depths
Why we need to embrace darkness and cold
Water is wisdom, willpower, flow
Why my husband is lucky to have a fire wife!
Water people are super secret agents

I'm so excited to share my first interview with health coach, business coach, mom, and Metal Superstar: Michaela Horvothova!
Michaela tells us about her journey in metal, physical, and spiritual growth and shares so many amazing tips you can use immediately to level up your vibe. She's a perfect (Metal word!) example of a Metal personality. She is structured and persistent and refined and creates such beauty out of every day tasks.

In time for Fall, the Metal season, here's our first detalied discussion on one element.
Metal personality is the alchemist. Through precision and ritual and refined processes, they turn something common or basic into a masterpiece.
*This meditation has been updated.
Daoism contends that to work towards peace and harmony in the world, we must feel it within. To explore the dimensions within us and feel deep joy, content, and gratitude is to heal the world!
In that vain, Megan shares the personal mediation she recorded for herself. It's a chakra meditation that uses color visualization, chants, and affirmations.
