Growing up I’m sure we thought of nourishment as something as simple as eating our fruits and veggies.... but have you ever considered just how much deeper it is than that? My question for you is are you nourishing not only your physical health but your mental, emotional, spiritual, sexual health? Are you nourishing yourself enough to make you love you?? Let’s talk about it!

This is a topic I feel so strongly about! And I always say, make sure the people around you pour into you the same way you pour into them!

Ask yourself does your village love, support, and encourage you? Or is it time to let go of people who are not the best for you?

Who you surround yourself by IS important, don’t ever forget that! 🌻🧡

Always remember that other people’s approval or lack there of, their judgement and opinions should NEVER shape your decisions. It’s okay to hear opinions of those who love us, but don’t let those opinions control you. Remember this is your life- so what’s best for you regardless of what other people think or say!

In this episode we talk about exactly what working at your own pace means and why it’s so important. We will go over the major key to stop comparing your life to that of those around you. And some tips and tricks to set you up for your definition of success. Remember to be kind and patient with yourself as you walk through this journey! 🧡🌻🤞🏽

We all know that bad things happen/ pain and let down is inevitable BUT you are so worthy of all the good things that come with remembering you have to power to stand up! I know you may be exhausted and struggling with everything that has happened or continues to happen but I promise you if you stand up every single time you’re knocked down your life will only get greater. You are stronger than you think. More powerful than you think. More deserving than you know. And more loved than you may be told!

Life will present to you SO many different opportunities. Some may be good, some may be not so good. But learn to evaluate them, take it for what it is, and make the best possible outcome out of it. You have to grab life, everything that comes with it and TAKE control of those things. Some sacrifices may need to be made, some visions may be a little blurry or take longer. But whatever you do, don’t throw in the towel just because something isn’t the exact way you planned. You never know where it may lead and how great things can and will turn out!

We all know that people judge, they share their opinions, and spread false news but how you react is what will really set the stages. You can chose to ignore those very things that people are saying to make you feel less than, or you can use those things as motivating forces to really be and go after what you want! BUT you absolutely cannot let those things change who you are, what you want in life and how you chose to live your one and only life you’ve been given!

Today I didn’t have anything scripted since I got into a little accident this weekend (lol) but right now heavy on my heart is just the humongous urge to be good people towards one another. With everything going on right now- this world just needs more GOOD, and love. Be that for someone else. Be a good person💜
