經濟重創、食物與醫療物資短缺，以及物價飆升，在疫情威脅之下古巴近日發生了幾十年來最大的反政府抗議 (anti-government protest)，另一方面，總統 Miguel Díaz-Canel 宣稱國家所遭遇的困難都是源於美國自1962以來的經濟制裁，同時面對抗議示威者，採取激進的安全維安舉動，甚至教唆支持者走上街頭捍衛古巴！
