今天是個重要的日子，為期8個月的衣索比亞與國內提格雷地區內戰終於劃下句點，這場造成至少千人死亡、超過300萬人流離失所的戰爭，除了殃及雙方無辜百姓，也引起國際人權組織高度關注。
