Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC el día de hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes una rutina específica para mejorar y terminar de sacar el Touch Front Lever. Esta es una rutina personalizada que diseñé para alguno de los chicos que asesoro, que está adaptada a su nivel en Front Lever, pero que a pesar de todo me gustaría compartirlo con ustedes por si le es de gran ayuda. Esta rutina no se enfoca mucho en el aguante del Front Lever tradicional, ni en las Pull ups o Press. Nos centramos únicamente en el aguante y perfeccionamiento del touch y con unos básicos al final de la rutina para terminar de darle estimulo al músculo. Greetings friends of the SWC Today I am going to share with you a specific routine to improve and finish the Touch Front Lever. This is a personalized routine that I designed for some of the guys I advise, which is adapted to their level in Front Lever, but despite everything I would like to share it with you in case it is of great help to you. This routine does not focus much on the endurance of the traditional Front Lever, nor on the Pull ups or Press. We focus only on the endurance and perfection of the touch and with some basics at the end of the routine to finish stimulating the muscle. Without anything else to say, I hope you like the video.
