Our fourth episode of In Pursuit of Passion is unique as Mel Golding came to us, to speak about her passion for music. As she said it herself, Mel could sing before she could even talk, being in the music industry for over 30 years. She has taken so much inspiration from many in the industry and sees the likes of Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, and Mike Myers as her mentors. However, she isn’t just any old singer. Mel has also pursued a path into counselling, which has aided her music in so many ways. This songwriter is a perfect example of not playing safe and not being scared to change paths. In this episode, Mel spoke to Hamish about how her passion started, the impact of Mike Myers on her career and discovering self-awareness.
