In this new episode, we are talking with our friend Ashley “Bird” Williams (@heybirdwilliams) about Black women in business. Ashley is a serial entrepreneur, brand builder, and business strategist. She’s the Owner of Bird Williams Consulting, Co-Owner of The League @theleaguehtx, and has owned and operated a number of successful businesses from e-commerce to brick-and-mortar restaurants.

After walking away from her job on Wall Street, she leaped into entrepreneurship and has found her niche in helping equip early entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and structure needed to help their business launch and grow successfully. Ashley is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and she is also a wife to our brother Terry Williams @terrythetrainer and a mother to two sons and a daughter.
