Casper Skulls is a successful Canadian band right in our backyard in Sudbury. The band is fronted by the beautiful lilting voice of Melanie St. Pierre. Melanie is also the Music Sector Development Officer for Cultural Industries Ontario North (CION). She helps musicians and bands of Northern Ontario with any and all things like touring, recording, grants, and more. Now ready to enter a new phase in her life she talks about maneuvering the music biz without going crazy.
