I am a passionate advocate for black women's empowerment with a background in culinary arts and advocacy work. I share my personal experiences of overcoming trauma and transforming struggles into inspiration. My podcast aims to provide a platform for authentic conversations and a space for black women's voices to be heard.
I came up with the name Melanin and Morsels to represent the celebration of cultural identity and the importance of food in our well-being. The mission of the podcast is to empower and inspire women of color across all age groups.
We will cover a range of topics including entrepreneurship, goal-setting, cultural identity, and the connection between food and well-being.
