It's over... The Skywalker Saga has finally wrapped up. 

This week we review and discuss Star Wars: Episode IX - Rise of Skywalker (***SPOILERS-- 27:00 - 45:00 --SPOILERS***), and Rica also takes time to express her feelings about the prequels. We also review Netflix's The Irishman, talk about The Mandalorian, and complain about our lack of fruits and vegetables during the holiday season.

The end of the year is here! We take a look at movies, books, and TV shows that had seasons released in 2019 that we enjoyed. We also recap on that trash-tastic ending to Game of Thrones, and Byron makes an attempt to clarify some things he said from the "Black Card Revoked!" episode. 

***Couple of notes*** Byron's mic was a bit hot on levels, so audio is a little rough during the first 15-20 minutes of the episode. He's sorry about that, already fixed the issue, and it shouldn't happen again. Everyone loves a good whodunit mystery! In this episode, we discuss/review the 2019 movie Knives Out, and other classic whodunit films. Also, Freder get overly excited about the "In the Heights" trailer, and as the year comes a close, we look at some of the top entertainers of the year according to Entertainment Weekly. Well, this is awkward...

There are some things you do in life that will have folks judging you. There are other things you do that will have your Black card snatched and possibly permanently revoked. This week, we bear our souls and list the movies in Black cinema that we haven't seen. Just before we wrap up, Byron drops a nuke on the whole ass episode.

Sometimes a character goes through a story-- either as a villain, an asshole, or just messing up on an epic level, and then does something that TOTALLY redeems themselves. This week, we discuss some of the great and not so great redemption arcs. We also talk about Disney messing up on the merch game, Daniel Craig quitting James Bond, and "Cats" still looking like a hot ass mess.

It's not uncommon to think about how stories would play out in real life. We connect the dots between today's political, environmental, and social climates to our favorite dystopian novels. We also looks back at famous portrayals of Alfred from Batman and reminisce on snapping phones closed, with the revival of the Motorola Razor phone.

Disney+ is here and it's a BIG deal (10 million strong--and growing!) We discuss what we like about the platform, what's missing and how they've disrespected The Famous Jett Jackson. We also talk about how cyber bullying worked out in our favor (*COUGH* Sonic the Hedgehog redo *COUGH*), and how Netflix is trying to make moves to keep their place as a leader in the streaming war.
