Roseanne Rofaeel works as a prison chaplain in some of Australia's toughest prisons.   She shares her story of becoming a chaplain , the rewards, and also some of the difficulties she faces.  She is also the founder of Christmas on the streets (COTS) , a charity that looks after men and women experiencing homelessness across Australia and in NZ.
