This month, a coalition of workforce leaders launched a "Flip the Script" campaign to challenge outdated stereotypes about older workers and generational myths. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Workers aged 65 and older are a growing segment of the workforce. Attorney Gary Phelan, who is also an adjunct law school professor at Quinnipiac University School of Law, explained what intergenerational work teams are and why they are important to any workplace.
