On this episode of Finding Your Bliss, we have Toronto-based Makeup Artist Melissa Virdo on the program. If you’re looking for a makeup artist, Melissa is your "It Girl." Her wide range of over a decade of expertise includes bridal, fashion and print. Melissa has worked with a portfolio of international clients in both film and television with her freelance business, Makeup by Melly. Certified by MAC cosmetics, her work has appeared in Toronto Fashion week, music videos and numerous print ads. Melissa is also a makeup educator at Canadian Beauty College, where she gets to pass on her passion and expertise to new budding talent. Her manicured finger is on the pulse of cutting-edge trends and industry knowledge. With her large following on Instagram, Melissa shares her love of all things beauty and lifestyle all while being a busy mom of a toddler.

For her bridal clients, she brings years of experience and professionalism to the table, while also bringing an energy and fun that only Melissa can create.

As well, Melissa is a singer, dancer and choreographer, who not only had her own singing group, “The Melissa V Band”, she was also in a Spice Girls Tribute Band, where she played Baby Spice. Melissa will be singing an original song on the program.

Also on the program, we have TV, Radio and Podcast Host Christine Blanchette. A Vancouver-based Shaw TV and Rogers TV host and producer, Christine has worked for CBC TV News Vancouver in research and production. She is also the creator, host, and producer of “Run With It”, Canada's only running, fitness and health show, airing on Novus (TELUS) TV, Healthy Living Network, YouTube channel, and CJMQ Radio, Sherbrooke. She is also the creator, host, and producer of “The Closing Act”, airing on Novus (TELUS) TV and YouTube channel.

An internationally published health and fitness writer; Christine is also a regular contributor to Livid Magazine, Optimyz Magazine, and Impact Magazine. She has published stories with The Vancouver Sun Newspaper, Huffington Post, Canadian Running Magazine. She’s a podcaster too! And she has worked as a Radio Host with CJMQ radio, in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
