La respuesta que el programa ha tenido durante todos estos años es abrumadora y confirma el hecho de que este programa es muy bien recibido entre los oidos más exigentes que buscan nuevos horizontes en el Rock.

Melodic Rock se puede escuchar en varias ciudades por España en radio FM, teniendo su sede en Cartagena. También se puede escuchar online a través de varias páginas web.
