Fun fact: One of the main tourist attractions near Rotorua actually has an artificial geothermal vent supplied with steam by a boiler, just like Melvin discovered in this episode. It made no sense to us when we noticed it, just as it made no sense to Melvin.

Melvin and Mother go to the races, where Melvin's search for sheep ends in mayhem and glory.

Fun fact: The white fake rabbit thing the greyhounds chase is named Rusty the Rabbit. Apparently that's its name at every race track.
