The Glo Podcast

Member Love: Glo member on how she uses Glo to ease her chronic pain and daily stress

Listen Later

At Glo, we have an internal slack channel called “Member Love” where we post feedback from our members around the world. This is the first of a special feature on The Glo Podcast where we’ll be sharing a conversation with a Glo member. Today, Derik speaks with Emer Deane, founder of Clear Path Coaching and Polyvagal informed Leadership and Career Coach who empowers women to befriend their nervous system and cultivate a compassionate inner narrative to unlock their potential and achieve their life and career goals. Emer shares her experience being diagnosed with fibromyalgia before joining Glo in 2016 and how our platform became a way for managing stress, pain, and recovery while avoiding medication as much as possible. Emer’s story reminds us to seek the opportunities in our challenges, to reframe our perspectives. She also talks about how she makes time for her self-care routines even when it seems like there is no time.
