In this episode, I spend time with Jim Badovinac, a member with his own mantra. After a 30-year career at Fedex, Jim became the VP of LTL for Green Mountain Technology here in Memphis. GMT’s growth is impressive, and has most notably been recognized on the Inc. 500 list for fastest growing companies 3 years in a row. There is no sign of letting up any time soon as Jim’s role is to develop and launch GMT’s LTL solution. We’ll hear about that in this podcast. But it’s Jim’s personal mantra "LiveTwelve" that I’m most excited to dive into.
