An old voice recording from November of last year. Recording myself while thinking out loud is something I often do. On this particular occasion, I connected the dots. The euphemism “Let’s Taste” has been my way of inviting others to feel/empathize with me since 2014. Because, isn’t that what feelings are? Tastes? Something sweet, something bitter, something that melts in your mouth. “Delicious, Delicious” is the evolution of the analogy. I am owning my emotional experience & declaring that whether or not you join me, I will enjoy myself.
