one of my fav topics ever! as a kid who later realized they grew up with lots of trauma healing my inner child is very important. certain behavior that allows 11 year old manny be happy and proud. i love you so much. protect ur energy and love urself byeee 

i sometimes have these waves when i dont feel like existing nor eating tofu lol but romanticizing riding the wave and living in this exact moment not in me in 2 years or 5 years later really helps to find a reason to exist lol ilysm byeeeee 

whether it be generation or social cycles we have to break whatvr doesnt bring us peace. bc at the end of the day we r on a floating rock where everything was made up. so y not make our reality into one that we actually enjoy and b proud of when we r older.
