Chronicles my time spent in Mexico as a young boy with my unconventional father. An adventure spanning 30 years from an unwitting appearance in a guerrilla camp in the state of Guerrero to my near death - experience crossing a river alone after a storm, to dragging my father to safety after a violent attack, I learned that life in another country is fraught with danger to go along with the beautiful sunshine and tropical beaches.
