This is a special episode dedicated to my babies They have been very patient and understanding When I record, so I thought it would be only fair that my TWO BIGGEST FANS featured on an episode. Join us as we have some mommy and sons talk. We also will play our favorite game "CONCENTRATION!"

This week Myia Dominique and her good friend Mrs. Cortnae share their thoughts and wisdom on protecting your peace. Myia and Cortnae share their opinions and experiences as it relates to “protecting your peace”. They expound on why protecting your peace’s is important, but further more How? Each lady has a different strategy on how they protect their peace and why they use that method or strategy be it within their professional lives or personal.

This week Myia Dominique brings her elementary school friend Chef Kaylah of Kay Meals LLC. Not only do they enjoy catching up with one another but some AMAZING FOOD from Kay Meals LLC. These ladies also enjoy some momprenuer talk and Kaylah gives us a synopsis of a day in her life as a chef. She explains how she got started in cooking and where she is today. Myia and Kaylah share some experiences they have in common as a momprenuer and some experiences that are different.

This  week Myia Dominique features her ex-workers, who are now lifetime friends, Erica, Patrice. These ladies all worked together with Myia Dominique at the same time at the same place, Central Plaza. Myia started at CP at a very young age so,they all watched Myia grow into the woman she is today, not only did they watch her grow but they were doing some growing themselves. These ladies express their thoughts on healthy relationships with your co workers in the work place. They talk about their personal experiences in the work place but also express true feelings and opinions on the relationships they have had in the work place. These ladies share learning experiences that showed them better ways of handling situations both professional and  personal while being in the work environment, especially a MESSY ONE!

This week Myia Dominique features her mother. Marla Raggs. Myia and her mother share their experiences as not only mother and daughter but how the friendship has developed over time. They explain their challenges and how their relationship has grown into an inseparable bond.

This week Myia Dominique and her long time friend Lyniece speak about their  feelings toward trauma they have endured throughout their lives, and how it has affected their life today. Not only do they express their thoughts and opinions on how to deal with the trauma but the wounds they leave as well. Myia and Lyniece share personal experiences  in detail, such as  being sent away to school, getting abused, and having an unreliable father, loosing a parent, having older parents, etc; played a role in some of the decisions they  made growing up and even as an adult.

This week Myia Dominique and her friend Shavon speak about “FINDING THE ONE”. Myia talks in depth with her friend on her feelings about finding the one and being married. Although Shavon is a tad bit older than her they still share some similar age related issues and experiences in their relationships. The ladies share experiences and their honest opinions about how relationships operate married as well as just exclusive, however they both speak to wards how you know or not know that you “FOUND THE ONE!”

This week Myia Dominique shares one of the most devastating events that has ever happened to her. She explains the  sequence of events from beginning to end. Myia allows herself to be in a vulnerable place where she can really express her emotions of loosing her brother. She goes even further to express how her life is now and will be changed forever.

This week Myia Dominique brings in her older sister Jamice (MiMi) to have some sisterly girl talk. Myia and her sister talk about their relationship but especially how they met. They  will play the “AND” game to challenge each other’s intellect but most of all challenge their thoughts and opinions about life, but more so how it pertains to the growth of their relationship.

This week Myia Dominique shares her experiences of being a single mother. She shares the good bad and ugly of her life as a single mother. Myia also expresses her opinions and thoughts about single parents and some things she would do over had she known what she knows now.
