In this episode I share how my interaction with ‘Kate’ provided an opportunity to help her avoid self-harm in response to very traumatic events in her life. Although this encounter was an emotionally difficult one for me, it provides a clue to how to find redemption if self-harm is the only option we have chosen in response to memory of traumatic events in our lives.
