Men, Toxic Masculinity and Grief: A Conversation with Rajeev Rambob

Listen Later

This episode starts off with the poem titled "Kumukanda" written by Kayombo Chingonyi. You can find the poem here.

Rajeev and Selah talk about how men are taught to deal with grief and emotions in general, and the effects these teachings have on men and masculine presenting people. They discuss collective losses that men are currently experiencing, including the loss that comes with the transitions of power that are brought on by women/BIPOC/queer empowerment.

Rajeev and Selah finish the conversation off with Over/Under, where they ask each other if certain things are overrated or underrated.
