Often times we use rest as a time to get more sleep, when rest goes beyond the physical body. In this episode we examine what it means to truly rest and why rest is important.

What does it mean to be selfish? In a day and age where prioritizing your own interests, wants, and desires without limit we put our hearts at risk for self gratification. Tune in to learn how to overcome a selfish heart 🫀

It’s always “If you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours, but if you not scratching my back then we don’t have a reason for a connection” 🤷🏾‍♀️. In this segment I introduce a conversation about transactional relationships, what this means, what it requires and challenge the overall concept I regard to human growth and human connection.
