In the very first episode of the Men’s Health Collective podcast, I open up about my own journey transitioning from working in construction to becoming a health coach. I share the struggles I faced with my own health and how those challenges pushed me to seek help and support. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a deep commitment to guiding men towards better health and well-being.
In this episode, I talk about why it’s so important for us to have honest, open conversations about men’s health—conversations that we often avoid or find uncomfortable. I also touch on how our environments can shape our health, and why community support plays such a crucial role in helping us thrive. My goal is to create a space where any man can feel at ease discussing the issues that affect him, and to explore approaches that consider every aspect of our health and wellness.
