Simon lived with OCD, Depression, Anxiety, and Burnout for 30 years, struggling in silence, using alcohol to feel "normal." At 28 Simon began the journey of healing and hopes to inspire others to believe that they can turn their pain into purpose, and move from surviving to thriving.
