In honor of May being Mental Health Awareness Month; Amanda Marie sits down with Catherine Toomer- MD, Dr. Kendrick Bailey, Shane Thrapp, Jayme Sullivan LICSW, & Krizstian Riez as a panel each using their unique perspective to share their favorite resources for Mental Health Support. Between personal stories, professional opinions, and useful tips join the first ever Mindfully Chaotic Panel to learn how to find support even when it feels like it may not actually be out there. About the panelists:

-Dr. Kendrick Bailey believes in helping individuals discover their purpose and helping people heal themselves. He desires to leave a lasting impression on young professionals through collaborative efforts with training, mentoring, providing scholarships and developing innovative strategies for emotional wellness. Dr. Bailey has over 23 years of Outstanding service with the Mississippi Army National Guard as a Logistics Officer and currently resides in Brandon, MS with his wife Tara and their two children.

-Dr. Catherine Toomer is a Family Medicine and Community Health physician who uses a biopsychosocial approach to whole person well care,  Her mission is to maximize health and wellness (and weight loss if desired) through extensive investigation to create individualized programs to help those who are overwhelmed feel well.

-Shane Thrapp founded his business, Creating Order From Chaos Coaching, to help people dealing with life’s chaos to discover their personal truths. His goal is to help people to understand that it’s ok to live a life that others may not understand.   His process is uncomplicated and customized for each client: he works with each person to help them learn about their ADHD, figure out the tools that will work for them best, and build habits that will allow them to create order in their chaotic lives.

-Jayme Sullivan has worked with people living with mental illness since she graduated in 1997 from Plymouth State College. She received her MSW from UNH in 2018. She been married for going on 22 years, with 2 boys and 2 girls between them both. Her mission is to end the stigma of mental health, to provide support to those suffering, and to bring awareness to invisible illnesses.

-Krisztian Riez hosts his own podcast, Kris’s Corner, where he talks about all things mental health. From being sexually abused by his step father, to dealing with a bipolar & suicidal mother, to moving to Australia for ten years, he returns home and becomes a startup founder for a mental health platform to help others so they can have the support that he didn't.
