Justin is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health, crisis response, and organizational leadership, with more than twenty years of experience across human services, child welfare, and healthcare innovation. His work is centered on building strong, sustainable systems that support people when it matters most.

He also serves on national and international boards focused on crisis response, including the 988 Lifeline, and is the author of Heart Led Leadership, a book that explores how compassion, resilience, and purpose can shape stronger organizations.
