If someone is choking, there is the Heimlich Maneuver that many students are taught in school. First Aid has helped millions of people who are physically hurt. But what about those who are mentally hurt? Those who are gasping for air because emotions are too overwhelming. Dr. B. talks to Cindy Wides and Dr. Elaine Rotenberg about Mental Health First Aid which teaches people to assist someone who is experiencing a mental health challenge.
