Monique is a psychologist with over 20 years experience, specialising in mental health, trauma, children problems, family & marital counselling and many more. She is also an ex-lecturer at the Australian Catholic University (ACU), works with several government funded community projects and runs her own clinic named Naseeha Psychology.

In this episode, we spoke about Monique’s journey as a psychologist and at the time being one of four registered Muslims practicing her profession. We delve into the topics of mental health within the community. The different dimensions within a society such as individualism and so forth.
